Unique to Southwest Florida, we are proud to offer state of the art equipment used by many professional teams and world class athletes to improve strength, flexibility and balance. This can be done in tandem with any existing workout program.
Our bioDensity machine and our Power Plate exercise equipment are used by professional and world class athletes, hospitals and rehab centers. The Power Plate utilizes vibration technology and the bioDensity uses isometrics, allowing us to quantitatively measure strength and progress.
