Utilizing the only state-of-the-art Power Plate equipment combined with the bioDensity technology currently in the southeast US, Kaizen builds personalized fitness programs for adults of any age and physical condition. One-on-one nutritional counseling assists clients in developing healthy eating habits for sustained results and every client’s program and progress is reviewed by board certified medical director, Harvey S. Mishner, M.D. Kaizen offers three distinct wellness programs to meet the needs of everyone from busy executives, to athletes, to individuals of all ages who want to improve their health and physical well-being.

Healthy lifestyle initiation includes private consultation with one of our nutritionists, individual session with one of our certified fitness trainers.

Monthly fee for six months includes weekly weight control classes led by nutritionist and fitness trainer and periodically host specialists in the medical field as guest speakers

Discount on all exercise classes and special programs

After six months in program, members go on “Maintenance” support at a low monthly fee-as we believe long term support is important to long term success.
