According to and ENT journal, the answer is yes! Investigators found that teens who were exposed to smoke had much higher rates of hearing loss than those not exposed. 80% of adolescents did not realize they had impairments.
However, I see a flaw in this article: How many teens were exposed to loud music, either through concerts or headphone usage?
The point of this discussion is that even though it may be published, it can still be flawed
