Acceleration Training for Non-Exercisers

A recent study showed that there were 2 major reasons participants did not adhere to an exercise program:
1. Their pre-existing level of physical activity
2. Recommended exercise time (Sedentary women who were asked to exercise 30 minutes/day, 5 days a week were very likely to quit!)
